My father is 73 years old. His only income is social security. He is disabled and he lives alone.
Everyday he gets a free meal from "Meals on Wheels." They come promptly at noon. 
He says the meals are terrible and so he gives the meals to his maid.
How does he have a maid you ask?
The State pays for it.
